Days in koala land are spend lazing the morning away measuring every square inch of the house, kaw, eat, look for job, kaw, sleep, eat and learning up the neighbourhood.
Platypus Sanctuary Entrance
There is a platypus sanctuary near my home. I have exotic neighbours. On one fine day I decided to take my mum walking around the park. All thanks to the platypus that a piece of the land is saved and converted to a park for them. There are many birds frolicking around the park. For every bird that mum saw, she said it's some crow even when they have white patches and go coo coo coo. One looks like a pelican to me but mum still thinks it's a fat crow largely cause we always hear crows barking outside every morning. So mum has this perception koala land has a lot of crows.
Taken with iphone so the crows are quite small but I swear they are the size of a duck
Overall the park was a nice place to walk but I prefer walking around the neighbourhood taking pictures of interesting houses. There were even people jogging about during lunch hours. There is also a duck pond but no ducks probably cause it's winter. Mum likes it enough cause it's flat but I made her walk so much her muscles were sore the next day. I might probably jog around during spring and summer and maybe one day I'll catch a glimpse of the platypus.
